haunted house

~HAUNTED HOUSE~

Some people swore that house was haunted! 404 West Spring Street, you know me and my friends were talking about how they said it was just a myth that two kids, two beautiful girls got murdered by their step dad after their mom had passed away. But I couldn’t tell you if it was true or not but I was determined to find out. So I and my two friends Will and Jen were saying how they aren’t scared of anything and so I decided to tell them “fine you’re not scared then go with me tonight to house well see if it’s haunted and if you’re scared.”
They both looked at me like I had arms growing out of my head, but after Jen looked at me she said she would go with me to prove that she wasn’t scared of ghost or anything, she looked at Will with attitude and said “so? You coming?” he looked kind of scared to answer with a yes but also a no but he eventually said “fine I’ll go!” so I replied with alright well 12:00,midnight is when we will all meet at the house. In the mean time I was making maps/plans on how to get into the house and if anything were to happen getting out is more hard and important.
I made copies of the map/plans for going in and getting out quick. But as 12:00 roles by I’m looking at this house I’m standing in front of kind of scared to go in better much just look at it. When Jen and Will finally showed up after I had thought they were bailing on me…I handed them the paper with everything on it they looked at me in fright and said “well…le...Let’s go… so we open the rusted old rickety metal fence and walked through the lawn to get to the nearest window since the door was boarded up but I could tell Jen was scared cause she was griping my arm so tight it turned bright red!
So as were looking around the house Jen lets go because she sees something interesting or suspicious. So as me and Will look around and walked into the old gross molding in the walls kitchen. Right as we walked in there we heard a screech and then Jen screaming and then silence throughout the whole house, Will made a run for it and jumped out the window we came through just left me there alone not knowing if Jen was okay or not. But as scared as I was I had to find Jen and get out of there as fast as I could, but as I find the doorway she went through I crept down the squeaky steps and all I had seen was one of Jens leg and then it got jerked into the darkness I screamed dropped the flashlight and ran!
As I got to school the next day Will had come up to me and asked me if Jen was okay I had to tell him, he started freaking out and I said okay well listen Will I don’t care what you want to say or think of this but if the cops or anybody asks you if you know what happened to her or where she is just say no! Okay! He nodded the cops eventually gave up her case and the only people who had known were me and Will, but nothing was ever the same again after that!
